Dr. Natalie “Tillie” Dowd

Dr. Tillie grew up in Ashland, where she was an active student athlete, graduating valedictorian of her class and named Missouri's Woman Soccer Player of the Year in 2010. She went on to graduate from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL where she majored in Psychology, minored in Exercise Science and received the prestigious honor of NSCAA All-American. After undergrad, Dr. Tillie attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. One week after graduation, she married her now husband, Patrick Dowd. In October 2020 they welcomed their first son, Donovan. Together, they are excited to serve Central Missouri. 

Dr. Tillie is proud to be an advanced Gonstead practitioner. When she was introduced to the Gonstead Technique, she immediately recognized the colossal difference in the way  Gonstead Doctors cared for their patients. As a result of Gonstead’s specific and scientific approach, she witnessed life changing healing. While at Logan, Dr. Tillie immersed herself in the Gonstead Technique. She became president of the Gonstead Club, attended 100+ hours of Gonstead Seminars and became head intern of the Gonstead Intern Program, an elite program for chiropractic students. Lawren Mordica - Office Manager

Lawren joined our team in February 2020 and has been a huge blessing to our office! She takes on many roles as office manager and works hard to keep all of our patients happy. Lawren lives here in Ashland with her husband, Derek, and their 3 dogs and 2 cats. In addition to working at our office, Lawren teaches yoga at the YMCA in Ashland and Jeff City. If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend taking one of her classes. Lawren is very passionate about plants, animals, and anything holistic health related.. if you have questions about caring for houseplants, she is your gal!
